I'm sorry, I'm not certain which newspaper insert it was from because I clip all my coupons and file them in my binder. I'm guessing it was from a July insert.

I'm new to using coupons and I'm kind of frustrated b/c our local paper has very few coupons--they do RedPlum inserts and there's usually not many grocery/household coupons in it. Where do you get your coupons? Do you get newspapers from more than one city? Do you know if the national newspapers have coupons?
